Job Description:
WHAT YOU'LL DO
§ Collaborate with Operations and Quality to design, develop, implement, and maintain a robust training and certification program for the vehicle accessory installation program Market Delivery Options/Port Installed Accessories (MDO/PIA).
§ Ensure training program compliance to WW Solutions 3-Step training methodology along with customer specific training requirements and documentation.
§ Develop and follow a final quality checklist of inspection/ audit procedures and provide recommendations to improve performance and efficiencies.
§ Perform Workstation Validation Audits to ensure that processes are being followed, and that the procedures are accurate and efficient.
§ Perform Environmental, Health, and Safety audits to ensure compliance.
§ Complete required courses to maintain Master Technician Certification (VW specific preferred)
§ Stay up to date on the latest models, accessories, and methods for OEM product coming through the facility.
May require some travel.
§ Additional duties and responsibilities as determined by management.
Job Requirements:
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
· Must have excellent presentation skills to present training programs.
· Must be able to communicate the correct information and handle any questions from trainees.
· Trainers must have the administrative skills to manage training programs.
They evaluate the outcomes of training sessions and maintain records of trainees’ progress and achievements.
· Ability and willingness to soundly exercise independent judgment and discretion.
· Demonstrated work ethic and proven ability to execute safe and efficient operations.
· Strong interpersonal skills and desire to work with people in a multi-cultural environment.
· Thorough knowledge of OSHA and safe work practices.
· Execute corporate values and use them professionally.
· Ability and willingness to innovate and share knowledge.
· Ability and willingness to identify problems and act quickly and efficiently to resolve them.
· Ability and willingness to manage time and safely manage multiple assignments.
· Strong working knowledge and comfort with computers and technology, combined with practical experience with VW diagnostic equipment.
· Strong logical thinking skills and effective process development to ensure efficient operation.
