The ideal candidate for this position will be well-organized, friendly and committed to providing quality service to our valued customers.
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for answering multiple incoming calls per day, receiving and relaying messages, booking reservations, and responding to customer questions regarding billing.
This position is also responsible for answering basic questions, monitoring the arrivals and departures of guest, handling payment requests and resolving minor billing disputes.
Responsibilities:
* Greet guest in a friendly and professional manner.
* Answer the phone and provide information to callers.
* Use good judgment when dealing with visitors, families, and co-workers.
* Avoid distractions and stay focused on the job at hand.
* Be an active listener.
* Coordinate with other staff members on scheduling.
* Be flexible about working overtime when necessary.

Pay: From $12.
00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
* Holidays
* Rotating weekends
* Weekends as needed
