Ron Hoover Companies, with locations across the state of Texas, is looking for a qualified Title Clerk to add to its team in La Marque, Texas!
In this position, you will be responsible for processing title applications and maintaining filing system for completed units.
Ideally, you will have a proven track record of working well with other team members and keeping accurate records.
Additionally, the successful candidate will have the attention to detail needed, that ensures accuracy and proper completion of all title work.
*Education/Experience:*
At least one year of experience, preferably in RV, Marine, or Automotive dealership, in administrative roles.
*Language Ability:*
Ability to read, analyze, and follow technical and legal documentation, and financial data.
Ability to effectively present complex information in a user-friendly manner and respond to questions from both the Company and the customers.
*Math Ability:*
Ability to perform basic math calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
May use calculator to perform functions.
*Reasoning Ability:*
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in non-standardized situations.
*Computer Skills:*
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a good working knowledge of the Windows operating systems and the ability to extract data and documentation from various software applications.
Previous experience in IDS is preferable.

*Certificates and Licenses:*
Must have valid Driver’s License in state in which the employee works.
Must maintain clean driving record.
Must have proof of insurance on personal vehicle used for business purposes.
