As a Manager within Corporate Compliance, you will use your strong decision-making and leadership skills to play a pivotal role in leading this growing team! This position leads company compliance processes and initiatives.
You will be responsible for the establishment and/or enhancement of several impactful compliance programs.
Depending on skills and background, you may be considered for a Lead role within the Corporate Compliance team.
What Will You Do?
• Manages teams and projects for assigned compliance programs such as Conduct and Ethics, Corporate Policy Administration, Leaves & Accommodations and Delegation of Authority.
• Establishes work area goals and priorities based on functional or departmental objectives.
• Develops and maintains compliance processes, onboarding plans, resource materials, etc.
for team members.
• Supervise others (non-exempt & exempt), provides input on legal and compliance issues to colleagues.
Mentors junior level employees.
• Participates in or leads project teams to assist Director, Corporate Compliance with priority compliance initiatives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree.
• Manager: 8-10 years of experience.
Lead: 6-8 years of experience
• Two to five years of supervisory/management experience for Manager position
• Employment law or Human Resources Compliance experience is a plus
• Ability to build proactive partnerships
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Quality orientation with high work standards
• Adaptability and intellectual curiosity
• Creative problem solving; ability to develop creative solutions
Salary for this position can range from $91,000 for candidates who are minimally qualified through $105,000 for more highly qualified candidates.
Candidates outside of the range are encouraged to apply, and will be considered based on experience, skill and education.
