To further organize these unclassified cases: (estimated 300-400 cases)
The major objective is to edit the pictures in a way that are ready for presentation and divide them in three different PPT presentations, one for CXR studies, one for CT studies and one for MR studies.
Each PPT should contain one picture per slice, (originally multiple pics in one single slice), ensuring patient info cropped, specific field of view optimized.

With this add an excel sheet with slide number, patient info if available (MRN) and diagnosis when available.

This process will require an excel sheet stating MRN, Name of Patient, Diagnosis, Date of Exam, Notes and follow up exam dates if available.
Out of these cases, develop a PowerPoint presentation with all the key images from each case available in PACS.
Once these tasks are complete, another source of data will be delivered, an excel sheet where at least 300-400 cases have been entered.
This excel sheet will need to be paired up with another PPT including the key images/pictures cropped and free of patient information.
Once this is performed for every case, the excel sheet provided will be updated such that every case will have a column stating which slices of the PPT correspond to that case.
