The *Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) *is a Success On The Spectrum Management Team member responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of clinical operations and services.
You will work with the Clinical Director to launch and grow clinical services, onboard and train all clinical staff, and develop programming for children ages one to thirteen.

As a BCBA, you have a caseload of 9-12 clients.
Our BCBAs' goal is quality, not quantity! You must have good communication and problem-solving skills, as you will supervise a team of BAs and RBTs.
We have a Clinical Director, Office Manager, Intern, and 16 Technicians.
You will ensure that all staff adhere to the pre-authorized service schedule and properly document every service provided.
Quarterly, you will analyze clients' progress company-wide and lead in-service training based on your staff's weaknesses.

*Job Description:*
* Work In Center Monday - Friday 7:45 am - 4:30 pm.
* Once a month, supervise in-home clients 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm.
* Perform Assessments (VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc).
* Create Individualized, research-based client programs.
* Analyze client progress and update programs as needed.
* Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates.
* Supervise Interns and RBTs in-center and in-home.
* Weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service training.
Insurance correspondence (pre-auth requests).
* Safety Management.
*Qualifications/Requirements:*
* Maintains BACB Certification.
* Maintains State Certification.
* Maintains BLS/CPR certification.
* Maintains NPI number.
* Maintains QBS certification or other restraints/holds training.
* Maintains updated CAQH account.
* Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or other related fields from an accredited university.
* No criminal background.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Able to lift at least 40 pounds to sit on the floor and be physically active.
