We are hiring an IT Service Desk Associate to provide technical support for our agents, employees and customers through triage, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of hardware, software, and websites.
Candidates can work from our Springfield, MO or Galveston, TX offices.
What You'll Do: • Act as the initial point of contact for customers seeking hardware and software assistance • Provide basic troubleshooting, education, and support of hardware, software, applications, and infrastructure.
• Triage, diagnose, and resolve customer issues • Provide detailed and accurate documentation via the service management system What You'll Need: • Associates Degree in Computer Science or a related field • At least one year of customer service experience • Proven written and verbal communication skills • Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac computers and related peripherals American National offers eligible employees and their families medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
