Position Responsibility:
1.
Understand and adhere to IPR policies and procedures
2.
Performs safe transfer techniques and ambulation
3.
Protects the Rights of the Client(s), Families and Agency
4.
Ensures compliance to: Infection Control, Variance, Occurrence Reports.
Has a working knowledge of: Fire Safety, Universal Precautions, Client Safety, Body Mechanics, Bloodborne Pathogens and any additional reports set forth per Agency.
5.
Knowledge of basic elements of the body functioning, notes and reports any changes to RN and or Case Manager.
6.
Documents client's vital signs.
7.
Practices and promotes Safe Techniques in hygiene and grooming as delegated in the Patient Personal Care Plan.
8.
Reports objective clinical observation, reporting and documenting of a client's status, changes in the client's condition and needs to the RN and participates in the Case Conferences as required.
Job Types: Part-time, PRN
Pay: $75,000.
00 - $105,000.
