ReplenishMD has a very unique concept, specifically designed for experienced and inexperienced nurses who desire a new skill set and extra income.
Typically, to become an independent injector it takes months to years to offer safe aesthetics services - with no hand holding.
*We've interviewed many injectors who have joined other organizations and *_they wished that they would have heard of our concept first.

If you are inexperienced we teach you to be independent, but you are never alone.
We have a community of nurses and mentors that are here to help.
*At Replenish we provide one of the fastest ways to get into the industry and gain the experience you need to service your clients.
*We are not traditional employment (you would be an independent contractor), but we offer something much more impactful - a path to build your business asset and enter into a revenue share.
There are two paths: If you are experienced, joining Replenish can be a rewarding endeavor.
We vet you.
If deemed to be a safe and skilled injector, we can enter into a revenue share with your company.
If you do not have a company we help you start your business.
We provide unlimited continued training, protocols and business development.
In some cities we have studios or clinics where you can provide an amazing experience to your clients.
Many of our injectors also provide concierge services (we teach you how to provide safe concierge services).
If you are interested in joining we also provide many other aesthetics and wellness services (microneedling, laser hair removal, *IV therapy, semaglutide,* peptides, skin resurfacing, etc).
We also provide a medical director, malpractice, product purchasing - at no extra cost to you.
If you're inexperienced you have to gain experience to join replenish.
*You do not have to train with replenish in order to be a part of replenish*.
We appreciate every provider who thinks they want to get into the industry, but Aesthetics and Wellness is not easy.
It's not for everyone.
It is more of a service oriented endeavor when compared to a more traditional clinic or hospital setting.
It takes time to build, but when you build it you have control of when you see clients, where you see clients and can be selective about what clients you see - perfect for nurses, NPs, PAs who want to take control of their time.
