American National is seeking a New Business Associate for our League City, TX location.
This role is responsible for processing paper and electronic life insurance applications with an emphasis on accuracy and prompt completion.
The ability to multitask and a strong technical aptitude is pertinent to the success in this data-focused role.
Essential Functions
• Maintains constant communication with underwriters and other internal departments.
• Speaks with vendors to assist in ordering underwriting material.
• Reviews and resolves any mistakes on applications, change forms, and all other required forms.
• Assists agents and sales management in problem-solving and understanding requirements.
• Accurately and timely processes initial premiums.
• Sets up bank account information and handles financial transaction.
Education
• High school diploma.
• No experience required.
• Supervisory/management experience not applicable.
• Additional qualifications:
Prior office experience.
Basic Math skills.
