Selling our project boat to someone who has the time and energy to properly restore her.
The interior is in great shape and she was listed on Airbnb for several years but its time to let her go.
THE GOOD- The hull and deck are solid, solid teak interior , two new AC units and working Westerbeke generator
THE BAD- The wire rigging still looks good but the original wood mast is rotting and needs to be replaced.
Needs a bottom job and hull sides and decks need fresh paint.
THE UGLY- The engine is seized but the transmission is good.
