or it could be a very roomy liveaboard that you only sail once in a while.
The boat last changed hands in 2011, and the survey at the time showed it to be in good condition.
It has mostly been used as a liveaboard since that time and has not been sailed in several years.
The buyer will need to assess the current condition or have a survey conducted.
The motor (Perkins 4-236) is inoperable and will need to be removed and rebuilt or replaced.
The generator is also inoperable in unknown condition.
Other mechanical systems are functioning, but most will need some maintenance at a minimum.
All standing rigging is in place, but the inventory and condition of sails and running rigging are unknown.
Note that the primary DC electrical system on this boat is 24V, and most electronics are original to the boat.
To the best of my knowledge, they are all functional but are very outdated.
Shorepower is configured for 120V/30A/60Hz.
The cabin is spacious throughout, with full-standing headroom.
There is a forward V-berth, a midship bunkroom, and an aft cabin.
There are two heads, both with showers.
