The motor (Perkins 4-236) is inoperable and will need to be removed and rebuilt or replaced.
The generator is also inoperable in unknown condition.
Other mechanical systems are functioning, but most will need some maintenance at a minimum.
All standing rigging is in place, but the inventory and condition of sails and running rigging are unknown.
Note that the primary DC electrical system on this boat is 24V, and most electronics are original to the boat.
