We recently acquired this sailboat; however, we have determined it requires more work than we can currently manage.
It would be a good boat for someone looking for a live aboard or a restoration project.

It has a comfortable layout for living with two cabins (fore v-berth and aft cabin) and two heads, fore and aft.
Currently located in a marina that allows live aboard in Clear Lake Shores, TX with a transferable slip (rent is currently $400/month plus electric).
The deck has a few soft spots and cracking, and a some hatches leak.
It has the following equipment on board that will come with the boat, but I am uncertain of the working condition (many systems will likely need to be refurbished): • Diesel engine: Perkins 4-154 (does start).
