We are actively looking for an Experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant for this exciting opportunity!
The ideal candidate should be experienced in leasing, comfortable talking to people and "selling" our product, which are our apartment homes, thrive in a fast paced leasing office, able to multitask and work well within a team.
Essential Duties of the Experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant:
Stand up, greet, qualify and "close" prospects
Verify application and process paperwork
Leasing apartments to maintain occupancy and collections
Generate traffic for the property by performing outreach marketing (while thinking outside the box)
Keep current residents happy by conducting functions and maintaining strong customer service
Assist the property manager and leasing manager as needed
Required Skills and Experience of the Experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant:
MINIMUM One (1) year of experience in leasing conventional apartments REQUIRED; Strong sales and leasing skills
Excellent customer service skills
Must be willing to go above and beyond
Great attitude flexibility, and professional presentation
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
