On-Site Person For Maintenance And Site Cleaning For A Small Apartment Community That Is Bilingual Preferred 77539 Looking for a person to be the following: 1\.
To be the on-site maintenance (jack of all trades) person.
2\.
Do the make ready's after a tenant moves out.
3\.
To do site cleaning around the apartment community.
4\.
To meet and greet prospect tenants looking for an apartment to live in.
And show them the units for rent.
5\.
HVAC knowledge and experience is a plus.
6\.
The property has no pool or pool maintenance.
Requirements: 1\.
Must have your own tools.
2\.
Must have reliable transportation (i.
e.
truck) to pick up materials needed to do the maintenance work orders and make ready's and hauling stuff off the property.
3\.
Being bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
4\.
Need to live within 30 +/- minutes away form the property.

8:30AM to 5:30PM and on-call for emergencies after hours.
