Law Clerk - Temporary Position

JOB PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION.
As a member of the Legal team, the following tasks are representative and not to be considered all inclusive.
Assist attorneys by performing research and analysis of a broad spectrum of legal materials.
Draft legal documents and related memoranda.
Prepare information for attorneys for their use in drafting legal documents, advising staff, and preparing cases.
Participate in municipal court proceedings.
Review contracts, court papers, and other documents for legal sufficiency.
Prepare for and present at staff and/or City Council meetingsComplete other tasks as assigned.
